!IMPORTANT: How to Claim for Existing Subscribers!
PLEASE READ THESE DIRECTIONS CAREFULLY. You must have an active monthly subscription via our website (not Mee6) in order to be able to upgrade. Log in to your website account by going to your account page. From there you should see on your dashboard the following:
Click My Subscription Tab. If you have an active subscription you should see something like below. Click the view subscription button to proceed.
Your subscription details should load. You should see an upgrade/downgrade subscription button. Once you click that you will be taken to the product page where you can select the new billing interval. Choose the option that you want and proceed to normal checkout. Checkout process is as normal. DON’T FORGET TO ADD YOUR COUPON CODE!
If you do not see an Upgrade or Downgrade button you might be on a legacy SKU and were not properly migrated to our new system. Please contact support here with your account email address and name and we will manually upgrade you.
Your new subscription will start once your current end date passes. You will not be billed the new amount until your current cycle ends. The coupon code is good for only the first time interval and standard pricing kicks in on the next billing cycle.
Please DO NOT submit your order multiple times if you see a zero total on checkout. Again, you will not be charged until your existing subscription length that you have already paid for expires and will be auto rolled into the new term with the coupon applied. You will be charged upon that date. You can verify your next renewal date and amount by viewing the “Recurring totals” section at checkout.
